A machine can be defined as “an assemblage of parts that transmit forces, motion, and energy to one another in a pre-determined manner.” It can also be defined as “a combination of persons acting together for a common goal." The Sunderman Conservatory Wind Symphony explores all types of machines in their annual family concert on Sunday, February 10 at 3:00pm in the Majestic Theater.
From classical to pop, serious to silly, robots with remote controls… accompanied by helpful explanations and commentary on each piece featuring music education students from Gettysburg College, this performance will thrill and delight children, teens, and adults alike.
Tickets $5, available at the door. All youth under 18 and anyone with a Gettysburg College ID admitted FREE!
