The second episode of the acclaimed HBO series, Band of Brothers, begins with the harrowing events of June 6, 1944, as paratroopers of the 101st Airborne Division cross the English Channel and jump into Nazi-occupied France under relentless enemy fire. Scattered across the battlefield, without weapons or supplies, they must fight to regroup and complete their mission. This event will feature a special post-screening discussion with historian Jared Frederick and the writer of this Band of Brothers episode, John Orloff.
